Bungalow Renovation

This original 1970’s style 3-bedroom bungalow was turned into a modern house with contemporary style. By adding two bedrooms, a large entertainment space, and gym / office in the basement, this house now contains every desirable function space and will fit any generation and family style.

The main feature of the exterior is the extended front entrance & porch facing south to create a more inviting appearance, and to add a unique characteristic to this property.  

As Interior features, a large ensuite and walk-in closet were added to the enlarged master bedroom, the kitchen was extended with an 8ft long island and walk- in pantry, and a mudroom was added at the back door on the main level. 

Two additional bedrooms, an entertainment space, gym, and laundry room were placed in the basement. Consideration was given to use of the basement as a separate suite if the homeowner decided it was needed.
